App Service Licensing agreement
By installing or using PScan - Scan & Pack, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a Shopify merchant store, business corporate body, or warehouse organization, you represent that you hold standard administrative permissions.
1. Usage License and Quotas
Subject to these Terms and active subscription payments, PScan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to connect PScan to your Shopify store and run the packing station interface at your warehouse locations.
Subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) carry distinct order processing limits and staff seat caps as described on our pricing matrix. Exceeding monthly caps will prompt an account upgrade recommendation but will never lock packing terminals without prior notice.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
When utilizing PScan packing verifications, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for keeping warehouse operator browser sessions secure and preventing unauthorized dashboard access.
- You must maintain valid, active Shopify API credentials and correct product barcode mappings. PScan cannot match barcodes if UPC data is blank inside your Shopify products catalog.
- PScan is a verification check tool. Physical packaging, sealing, carrier dropoffs, and warehouse safety rules are solely governed by your internal logistics managers.
3. System Uptime and API Fair-Use
We aim for 99.9% uptime for core sync webhooks. However, since PScan relies directly on the Shopify API, external carrier logistics networks, and your local warehouse internet signals, we cannot be held liable for temporary delays in tracking bookings or labels printing caused by external platform downtimes.
4. Cancellations and Billing
All PScan subscription fees are billed directly through the official Shopify Billing API, consolidated on your standard Shopify merchant invoice. You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply uninstalling PScan from your Shopify Apps page.
